I experienced one horrible sleep paralysis recently where I was awake for almost a minute but couldn’t move, I was terrified. It was as if I was dying, when finally could move I started crying it was so scary because of that I can’t sleep properly anymore or alone and to be honest I am afraid of sleeping and not waking up because the way young people are dying lately is so scary it could be anyone’s turn next 😔
