A hard nut to crack

Not long after I broke up with my ex, I met this new lady. We’ve been talking for 3 months now; she’s pretty cool, and we seemed to get along pretty well the first time, although we aren’t official yet. I’m trying to make things work for us (even started performing boyfriend duties bit by bit), but then the problem is that she’s not free to move around, as she says her parents are overprotective towards the girls. I told her I would only want to be with someone who I can have access to and told her to tell her parents about us, and she did that, though the parents want to see me first! But the problem I’m experiencing with her is that she gets mad over simple things, and then we both ignore each other completely. After the first fight we had, we didn’t communicate for almost a complete day, but she called later, and we ironed things out. This time around, she got mad, and even when I apologized after the misunderstanding, she stood her ground to do what she wanted to; she didn’t care to ask after me. It’s been two days and counting now (with no communication), and I have vowed not to make any move.
