Lately, I’ve realized how difficult it is for me to associate and interact with people. I used to rely heavily on my boyfriend for emotional support and companionship, but now that we have broken up, I feel a deep sense of loneliness. I have always been a bit introverted, but now I feel as though I am closing myself off more and more each day, making it harder for me to form connections with others. I long for meaningful relationships and friendships in my life, but I’m struggling to figure out how to cultivate them. This isolation has started to impact my mental health, and I find myself feeling depressed more often than not. It feels like my loneliness is becoming a heavy burden to carry on my own.
