I once did anonymous message on WhatsApp and people were asking if I was lesbian so I recently traced it back to the one time in my 100L in 2015 I was trying to make friends. I had just finished watching a popular Ghanaian movie about lesbians and I was intrigued so I wrote “I do girls and you?” on a piece of paper and gave to a classmate I was trying to get close to, just like in the movie. I think she started the rumors that I am a lesbian. I didn’t even know what I was thinking and now I keep feeling stupid each time I remember. To think I complimented her another time in our 300L that she got thicker and she snubbed me. It all makes sense now 💔
