I bought USDT 2 weeks ago and at the rate of #1700, and plan on withdrawing it soon. For 3 days now, anytime I check the rate the app keeps showing me #1800/$ and my plan is to withdraw when it gets to that rate but the rate is actually #1500/$. Is binance app messed up or God just wants me to withdraw
