I went to the cemetery on Valentine’s Day to drop roses for my late girlfriend who died in my arms due to respiratory issues last year. I decided to go to the beach shortly after. I met two girls where I wanted to have drinks and the taller one approached me and asked me “Why do you look sad on lover’s day?” I was shocked because that was exactly how I met my girlfriend in 2021 and she asked the same question in the same manner and setting. The difference was I had visited the beach because I lost my dad, then I lost her too.
