So my rent expired since last year November and up till now, no one has contacted me for rent renewal. Not my landlord, not the lawyer, nobody! I discreetly asked my neighbors and it appears that our landlord hasn’t reached out to either of us yet. It’s interesting because we all moved in about the same time so all our rents expired right around the same time. Sometimes, I wonder if the landlord is dead. Well, good for my neighbors and I. We’re enjoy free accommodation until further notice. Shalom!
