I graduated late last year and our result was released this month. Lo and behold, I have an extra year despite my efforts to avoid it. Now I can’t bring myself to tell my parents because I feel like a disappointment to them and my siblings, plus I also don’t have the money to pay for the school fees because I’ve been paying my fees myself for the past 3 years. Thinking of deferring till next year, I’ll be able to avoid the fees. I hope it all turns out well because I don’t know what’s next right now
