So, I’m slim and have been trying to add weight but the rate at which I would have to consume food to achieve a particular body size irritates me. Seeing big food meant for my eating makes me lose my appetite. I already have ulcer and I’m scared it could get worse.

  1. Have you tried Quaker Oats with Nutzy peanut butter and plenty of milk?
    Try this last one and you don’t need to do too much to gain weight…I started taking them @ 59kg three months ago(October) and now I’m 67kg (first week of December)
    Mind you I’ve been stuck at 59kg for close to two years
