I have this colleague, she learnt from me and I kept putting her through when they’ve set her up. It’s tiring for me cause she’s careless and seems she doesn’t like to store things in her own head, always making me teach things over and over, asking silly questions and misinforming clients. I’m having to clear all her mess after, problem is when she makes a mistake and I’m trying to tell her, she gets defensive and won’t see the issue till I say it after her defense, she sees me as a rival and makes it look like she’s been bullied. I get discouraged having to teach someone like that.
