Lately I’ve been having pile, I can’t even use the toilet because the process is so painful. At the moment I’m just tired and I can’t even speak up because people might think I’m gay, I’m preventing myself from eating so I won’t have urge to go to toilet and my ulcer is back, life so terrible 💔
