A dreamy night in Benin

His shoes now has its own space amongst mine. I’ve hung his clothes inside the wardrobe. I remembered when I prayed to meet him, I was praying for him before I met him. He loved me so deeply, everyone around could feel the oneness of our souls, a perfect symphony of spirits. He knocked and I went to open the door for him, coming back from work he bought things for the house. We put the stuff down and leaned in for a hug that ended with us on the bed. I stared at him, my palm on his face, while he leaned for another kiss. I’m blessed to have you I said to him. I woke and he was gone because I’d actually been dreaming. God when?
