I saw a famous athlete’s kid suffer cardiac arrest he’s way younger than i am, it’s now common in young people these days. I’m 22 and i suffered it after my gym session last month. I was on the phone with my mom and it hit me but as a man i didn’t shout or panic because my mom would literally race here that midnight. I kept my cool, held my chest laid down and kept talking but my voice got lower. I lowkey hung up the phone and chilled somehow it went away, maybe it wasn’t that intense.
