Our neighbours stopped talking to us after some misunderstanding years ago. They didn’t reply our greetings so we kept distance. Now they’ve lost their dad and the burial is this weekend. They didn’t invite us and we feel conflicted to attend. Will they even want us there? Should we just pretend as if nothing happens? It’s difficult with human relations. Sad thing is we don’t even know what is causing the grudge, everything looks so weird.
