This male friend calls me a day to his wedding. I told him Congratulations and that I’m happy for him. He says “are you really?” I paused…i was confused ah why wouldn’t i? He laughed and then i said yes I am. I’m still baffled. And pissed too. Thinking back he’d called a couple of times recently and would often talk about our relationship…about how people thought we’re dating and if i liked him. To me we we’re just friends and got on very well. Never any inappropriate moment. Honestly i didn’t think he considered me anything more than that.
