I kept a log of the times I’ve wanked. I thought I wanked too often, but I see I do it ×2 a month on average (there are even months I don’t wank). This has helped me become conscious of the frequency. I hope to reduce it to once a year. I’d like to have more sex though. I get it about once a year. This body no be firewood.
