Couldn’t find a plastic water bailer but there was a hand sanitizer. It occurred to me to pump some on the tissue and then wiped. I don’t know if it’s because I had tried wiping with tissue a couple of times… i never knew how tender the skin around the anus is because it burned for a few seconds. Anyway, I left there feeling squeaky. I would definitely be trying it again in the absence of water and soap.
