My boss went out and jokingly told me I should not go home till he comes back because his keys were in the office. I thought he was joking so I went home, he got to the office today and told me he was going to punish me for not waiting like he told me to, I was still smiling thinking it was all a joke till he became serious, now I’m waiting for my punishment.

You guys seem to be getting the whole thing wrong, it’s nothing sexual. My boss is a jovial person, he jokes around alot. He told me not to go home because he left his key to the office in the office and I felt he was joking when he said I shouldn’t go home till he comes back so I don’t lock him out of the office. Him saying he is going to punish me is like the consequence for me action
