I have been addicted to porn and masturbation for long now and I think it has done me bad this time, because for the very first time my gf told me I wasn’t satisfying her and she’s giving me time to fix myself or she’ll leave. I know my addiction got me bad because I’ve tried stopping but i later find myself in the act again ..I’m sad , frustrated, depressed and tired of it 😭😭😭😭😭
