For some days now my stomach can’t seem to keep food down and because of this I usually don’t feel like eating much anymore also, I want to lose weight so bad so I don’t tell anyone about it. It’s probably because I stopped taking my HIV drugs, I don’t know if I’m ready to risk AIDS for my goal
