Recently I have been feeling really tired and my chest hurt from thinking a lot, sometimes I feel giddy to the point where I think I might just fall. I really wish I could go off social media till I’m back to my normal self but then again, my phone is my only solace, I don’t have real life friends and I wouldn’t want to miss out on updates from school. I really do not know what to do to feel whole and happy again.
