My mom used to make over 6 figures a year, that’s like more than twice of what my dad makes. She had an accident and passed away. My dad remarried and my step mom sells snacks at a school and she also has kids from a previous marriage. We went from being rich to becoming broke because my dad has to care for her kids as well.
