I’ve been addicted to pornography which has led me to masturbate for over 4 years now. When I’m alone and less busy I can masturbate up to like 5 times a day. I’m trying my best to stop it because I know It has ruined my life 😭 but the urge comes strong. I have sex regularly but that doesn’t stop the masturbation.
