There’s no day I don’t think about sex & then touch myself afterwards. A day sometimes I can m^sturbate up to 5 times or 3. I have tried to change from this habit by engaging on other things but it has been very difficult. Other than that, I’m not the kind of guy that get girls a lot, but when I do, the sex is never enough. I will always want more. I wish there’s a control button for this constant urge I’m having 😭.
