I got a call today from someone claiming to be UBA customer care, I actually don’t give out my information to third party but this person already knew all my information, I mean everything. He said since i opened the account on Tuesday he wants to upgrade it and only needs an OTP. As i called the OTP, all the money in my account was gone. I went to the bank and was told it was a scam, I can’t even tell anyone, I’m still in shock.
