I was once in your shoes, as a body conscious individual I was really worried. What I did was to start taking omega 3 fatty acids like fish oil 1000mg once a day eg( fish oil). I eat lots of fish, cashew nut, walnuts, lots of vegetables and fruits and voila my sh*t don’t sink to the bottom and it starts floating lol. This is a friendly take and it’s safe. Google it just to put worries at bay.
