For sometime, i have had protruding anal section. About a month ago, I started noticing that I bleed from my anus, especially when I sit on a hard surface for long or when I use the toilet and have to force the faeces. I googled and saw it was piles. I don’t know why this year is hitting me back to back. I’m tired
