I have a friend who is a very good musician but he decided to stop and start managing another upcoming musician. To me, it looks like he stopped believing in his destiny and decided to believe in another person’s destiny. That’s the same way I work as a marketer for a bank when I should be channeling that energy towards promoting my own brand.
