It’s quite a good thing to separate yourself from people who make you feel exhausted emotionally.
What do i do in a situation whereby my DAD is always making me emotionally drained up to the point of making me depressed? No one can make me cry and emotionally down the way he does and the painful part is when life can suck at times, i can’t talk/lean on my dad for comfort or advice because he doesn’t really care. How do you cut ties with someone making you feel so down. You think about negative things like closing your eyes and not waking up, when the person is your “FATHER”
