I’m really confused right now, my mum’s phone spoilt and I wanted to get her a phone but she insists that she won’t used any other phone apart from that type that got spoilt so I checked almost all the shops but I couldn’t find it. I decided to order from jumia since it’s the same phone . After everything I paid online , it was delivered to me today . But to my greatest surprise it’s a fake one , not the original phone I saw on their site and ordered. I don’t know if those that shop on jumia get refund if you don’t like the product or I should just give her to manage like that because I don’t have money again to buy another phone for her.
