We finally broke up although it hurts just a little . I wish I can rewind time and just let it all slide . My friend is trying her bit to get me to forget about it but the sweet memories sting me.
He said he’s made new friends and that’s important . I guess I never even mattered . I will heal , I just need this week to come by quickly.
My secret wish is that he should just call me and say it’s all a prank but then I think it’s best we broke up.
I don’t plan on dating or falling in love anymore hence I’ll be living one day at a time . I will channel my pain into achieving something tangible.
