Hello and thanks for this platform. I literally have nobody in my life yet im a married father of three in my early 30’s. Me and my wife are distant, we are only together cos of our kids. Worst still i am battling depression and anxiety. Thoughts of sucide often flash my mind but the love of my kids keeps me alive.
